§ 82-33. Minimum clearance from dock, ramp or pier.

It shall be unlawful to maintain a boat in a stationary position within 50 feet of any county-owned or maintained dock, ramp or pier, including those within municipalities, except to load or unload the boat, persons or property. The commercial transfer of equipment or merchandise shall not be considered unloading for the purpose of this section. A violation of this section shall be punishable as provided in section 1-7 of this code.
