§ 82-32. Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages in Lake Ashby Park.

  • (a)

    Definitions. The following words and phrases, when used in this section shall, for the purposes of this section, have the following meanings:

    (1)

    Alcoholic beverage. The definitions contained in F.S. chs. 561, 562, 563, 564, 565, 567 and 568 (The Beverage Law), as they may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted as the definitions for purposes of this section.

    (2)

    Lake Ashby Park. The county owns real property described as follows:

    a.

    Tract 1, the south half of Tract 3 and the fractional north half of Tracts 3 and 4, Block 2, Howe and Currier's Allotment in Section 13, Township 18 South, Range 32 East, according to the map in Map Book 4, page 44, public records of the county;

    b.

    Tracts 7 and 8, Block 3, Howe and Currier's Allotment in Section 12, Township 18 South, Range 32 East, according to the map in Map Book 4, page 44, public records of the county;

    c.

    Tract 9, Block 3, Howe and Currier's Allotment in Section 12, Township 18 South, Range 32 East, according to the map in Map Book 4, page 44, public records of the county; and

    d.

    Tract 11, Block 4, Howe and Currier's Allotment in Section 11, Township 18 South, Range 32 East, according to the map in Map Book 4, page 44, public records of the county.

    (b)

    Possession or consumption prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or consume alcoholic beverages of any kind on the premises of Lake Ashby Park.

    (c)

    Removal from premises. Any person violating subsection (b) of this section may be ordered by a park employee or any other person having authority to enforce this section to leave the premises of Lake Ashby Park. Failure to comply with said order shall constitute a separate violation of this section.

    (d)

    Penalty. Any person who knowingly violates any provisions of this section shall, upon conviction of such violation, be punished in accordance with section 1-7.
