§ 74-46. Violations and penalties.

(a)

If the department finds that any of the provisions of this article are being violated, the person responsible for such violations shall be notified, in writing, indicating the nature of the violation and ordering any action necessary to correct it.

(b)

Any person found in violation of any of the provisions of this article, shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Section 1-7, Code of Ordinances, County of Volusia. Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
