§ 72-1368. Open space and tree preservation.

Open space and tree preservation shall be provided in accordance with chapter 72, article III, division 10, Volusia County Tree Preservation Ordinance, and the following additional regulations:
(1)

Where practical, preserved natural vegetation areas shall be designed to be interconnected between developments throughout the activity center.

(2)

The design of the stormwater system shall incorporate passive recreation features, including, but not limited to, nature trails, seating areas, and picnic tables.
