§ 72-1363. Applicability.

These development regulations apply to properties located within the Southwest Activity Center Commerce (SWC) and Southwest Activity Center Community (SWR) zoning classifications, unless otherwise provided for herein, and are intended to further implement the Southwest Activity Center. In the event of conflict between this division and other provisions of this chapter, the provisions of this division shall apply. Otherwise, all other applicable provisions of the zoning code and/or land development code shall apply.
