§ 72-1311. Other regulations.
(a)
Site development, including but not limited to, architectural design, illumination and signage, shall comply with section 72-303, regarding the adjacent city's gateway/corridor standards.
(b)
Cluster subdivisions within the OCR classification shall provide a minimum of 70 percent open space with at least 30 percent of that total used as common open space.
(c)
Wetland buffer widths shall be as set forth in this chapter except for new cluster subdivisions in the OCR classification which shall be required to have an average 100 feet wetland buffer.
(d)
Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, existing agricultural uses within the OCV, OTC, OMV, and OUR classifications may continue as a permitted use, without being subject to section 72-206, so long as the use is registered with the county by May 31, 2013.
(e)
New strip commercial featuring a one store deep, single use retail development pattern oriented towards a road or highway shall not be allowed within the Osteen Local Plan area.
