Seeding, mulching, sodding and/or other acceptable methods shall be performed as required
to prevent undue erosion during all construction activities. During construction and
through the developer maintenance period, the developer shall be required to keep
accumulations of sand and earth out of the curb and gutter. Temporary siltation basins
may be required during construction. Maintenance shall be provided by the developer
for the one-year period of the road guarantee and for each lot, until final inspection
is passed.
