§ 72-1246. Legal actions.
(a)
Any person claiming to be injured or aggrieved by any final action of the county pursuant to this division may present to the circuit court of the county a petition for writ of certiorari to review such final action as provided by law. Such petition shall be presented to such court within 30 days after the date of such final action by the county.
(b)
No act of the land development manager (LDM), the county council, or any other county agency or agent, other than the issuance of a development order, is intended to be a final county action under this article for the purpose of judicial review.
