§ 72-975. Hazardous substance inspection program to comply with federal law.

The EMD shall implement a hazardous substance inspection program for both the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Volusia County. Said inspection program shall ensure compliance with 40 C.F.R. parts 260.00 through 265.00. This regulatory program will be in addition to the requirements of this division.
