§ 72-176. Reduction of yards below certain minimum dimensional requirements prohibited.

Latest version.

No yard existing on the effective date of the ordinance from which this section derives, shall be reduced below the minimum dimensional requirements of its classification except zero lot line lots (refer to section 72-304) or approved conservation subdivision lots (refer to section 72-547).
