§ 70-174. Intents and purposes.

(a)

This article is consistent with, and intended to assist in the implementation of, the Volusia County Comprehensive Plan.

(b)

The purpose of this article is to regulate land development so as to assure that new development bears a proportionate share of the cost of accommodating new development with educational facilities.
