§ 70-39. Exemptions.

Latest version.

The following activities shall be exempted from payment of the fire/rescue service impact fee:
(1)

Alterations or expansions of an existing building where no additional square feet or units are created over that of the existing use.

(2)

The replacement of a building or structure with a new building or structure of equal size and use.
