§ 58-127. Authorization for health department service fees; establishment of fees by resolution.

(a)

The county council authorizes the health department to provide locally those services which are consistent with and ancillary to its public health mission and not inconsistent with general or special law.

(b)

The health department is authorized to collect fees for services as may be set by county council resolution.
