§ 58-125. Authority and applicability.

This article is enacted under the authority of Article VIII, Section 1(g), Florida Constitution (1968), the Volusia County Home Rule Charter, and F.S. ch. 125. It shall apply uniformly throughout the county unincorporated area and in all incorporated areas.
