§ 58-36. Violations and declaration of nuisance.

  • It is hereby declared and determined by the county council that the following shall each, individually or in any combination, constitute a violation of this article and a nuisance:

    (1)

    Any lot upon which nuisance weeds are found to impair the economic value of, or to create a fire or health hazard upon, developed adjacent property.

    (2)

    Any lot upon which waste, yard trash, or rubble and debris have accumulated;

    (3)

    Any lot which, as the result of waste, yard trash, and/or rubble and debris, may harbor rats or dangerous snakes or serve as breeding grounds for insects or other disease vectors.
