There is hereby created within the unincorporated area of the county a unified fire
rescue district which shall be governed by the county council. Such district shall
also include the municipalities of Lake Helen, Oak Hill, and Pierson, until and unless
the respective municipal governing body shall withdraw the consent of such municipality
for its inclusion in the district. Such district will be deemed to include any other
municipality the governing body of which consents to inclusion for the period of such
consent.
