§ 50-504. Control of pollutant contributions from interconnected stormwater systems.

The discharge of stormwater between interconnected state, county, cities or other MS4s shall not be permitted to cause the county's MS4 to be in violation of the provisions of an NPDES permit. Owners of any portion of the interconnected MS4 shall be responsible for controlling the quality and quantity of discharge of stormwater to the county's MS4.
