§ 50-475. Enforcement standards.

Standards for enforcement of this article shall be adopted by resolution of the county council. Such standards are to be based upon best professional information available to the county council, which are necessitated by changes in sound measuring equipment or changes in prevailing academic, technical or operational criteria. Any enforcement standards adopted or amended by the county manager are hereby repealed.
