§ 50-346. Enforcement.

(a)

Volusia County Environmental Management Division shall administer the provisions of this division countywide unless a municipality adopts a separate ordinance.

(b)

Each municipality that adopts a separate ordinance shall provide for the enforcement of the provisions set forth in this division and all conditions attached to coastal construction permitting activity. Such enforcement mechanisms shall include but are not limited to stop work orders, injunctions or imposition of penalties, fines and liens as provided by law.
