§ 50-211. Wetland identification.

(a)

The landward extent of wetlands delineation shall be as provided in rule 62-340, Florida Administrative Code.

(b)

In the event an undeveloped area has been recently cleared of all vegetation, the wetland boundary may be determined by a study of the soils, aerial mapping, photography, hydrology and other historical information as appropriate.
