§ 50-372. Exemptions.

Latest version.

The following are exempted from the provisions of this division:
(1)

Hand watering and portable sprinklers;

(2)

Bona fide agricultural use;

(3)

Golf course play areas and specialized athletic fields, provided however, the remainder of any such property shall comply with the requirements of this division.
