§ 50-39. Injunctive relief.
If preventative or corrective measures are not taken in accordance with any order of the board, or if the board finds that a generalized condition of pollution exists and that it creates an emergency requiring immediate action to protect human health or safety, the board may by resolution instruct the department of legal services of the county to initiate proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief to enforce this article, the pollution control code of the county, or rules and regulations or orders adopted pursuant thereto.
