§ 50-33. Findings.

The county council hereby finds and declares that the control of pollution in the county is essential for the protection of the people and the property situate in the county. This article shall apply countywide in accordance with the provisions of article II, section 202.2(3) and section 202.4 of the county Home Rule Charter.
