§ 30-90. Grantee's rules for conduct of business.

Grantees may promulgate such rules, regulations, terms and conditions governing the conduct of their business as may be reasonably necessary to enable all grantees to exercise their rights and to perform their obligations and to ensure an uninterrupted service to their subscribers; provided, however, that such rules, regulations, terms and conditions shall not be in conflict with the provisions of this chapter or any rules or regulations promulgated by the county.
