§ 30-51. Access to records; income certification.

  • (a)

    Access to records. For the purpose of verifying the amount of the franchise fee payable to the county pursuant to section 30-50, the county shall have access at all reasonable hours to all grantee's accounting and financial records relating to the gross revenues received by a grantee from the operation of a grantee's cable system.

    (b)

    Income certification. All grantees shall file annually with the county manager, not later than 60 days after the end of each 12-month period referred to in section 30-50, a certified income statement for such period. This income statement shall be certified by each grantee's chief financial officer, shall state on a monthly basis the grantee's gross income derived from the operation of such grantee's cable system during the applicable 12-month period and the calculations determining the franchise fee for such period, and shall be submitted along with such information as the county may reasonably request.
