§ 2-464. Powers.

The educational facilities authority is vested with those powers specified in F.S. ch. 243, pt. II (F.S. § 243.18 et seq.), such powers to be exercised in accordance with the provisions of F.S. ch. 243, pt. II (F.S. § 243.18 et seq.).
