§ 2-306. Pledge of county revenues.

The principal of and interest on any bonds authorized to be issued by the county pursuant to this division shall be payable from county revenues, or any portion thereof as the council, in the bond resolution, shall determine, subject only to any contract rights vested in the holders of any prior bonds payable from such county revenues or portions thereof.
