§ 2-211. Purpose; "employee" defined.

The purpose of this division is to adopt a deferred compensation program for the employees of the county pursuant to the laws of the state. The term "employee" shall be defined for the purpose of this division to mean any person, whether appointed, elected or under contract providing services for the county or for which compensation or statutory fees are paid.
