§ 26-60. Judicial review.

An itinerant merchant host license holder aggrieved by a decision of the hearing officer in accordance with section 26-58 may challenge the decision in the circuit court by filing a petition for writ of certiorari with the clerk to the circuit court no later than 30 days after the rendition of decision of the hearing officer. The record before the circuit court shall consist of the complete record of the proceedings before the hearing officer. Judicial review of revocation shall only be available after the procedures set forth in sections 26-57 and 26-58 have been exhausted.
