§ 20-235. Operation and maintenance not addressed in the beach concession agreement.

(a)

Conduct which is consistently rude or disruptive of the peace and quiet of beach visitors shall be grounds for the disciplinary sanctions provided under this article.

(b)

All activities related to the business operation of each concession must be confined within its assigned and designated area. Roving concessions shall operate at all times within their zone of operation, and concession vehicles shall not be stopped except when making a sale.
