§ 20-176. Authority to modify or close vehicular approaches and driving and parking areas.

The county manager, the beach director and such other county or municipal officials as the county manager may designate have the authority, based upon special conditions, including such factors as weather or tidal conditions, or for special events licensed under this chapter, to modify, close or restrict for a limited duration the use of the otherwise authorized vehicular approaches and driving and parking areas of the beach.
