§ 20-147. Commercial events.

Provided that the event is not to be held directly opposite a residential neighborhood, commercial events shall not be denied a permit under this article solely because the event involves the promotion or advertisement of commercial or business interests. Reasonable franchise fees may be imposed by the county council as a condition of the permit.
