§ 20-146. Effect of permit; violation of permit conditions.

A special event permit will preempt or waive otherwise conflicting provisions of this chapter as provided in the permit. Violation of the terms of a permit will be cause for immediate revocation of the permit by the beach director and a violation of this chapter, and shall be punished as provided for in section 20-141.
