§ 20-302. Judicial review.

  • Any person aggrieved by a decision of the hearing officer on an application may challenge the decision in the circuit court for the seventh judicial circuit, but only if the person participated at the hearing. If the aggrieved person decides to challenge the decision, he shall file a petition for writ of certiorari with the clerk to the circuit court not later than 30 days after the decision of the hearing officer council is filed with the clerk to the county council. The record before the circuit court shall consist of the complete record of the proceedings before the hearing officer.
