§ 20-300. Procedure.
The beach director shall upon receipt of information of violation by a permit holder, determine an appropriate suspension, revocation and/or debarment to be imposed for the violation. The beach director shall consider the harm to the public safety, environment and the public's enjoyment of the beach, the extent, duration and repetition of the violation, the intent of the permit holder, previous violations of the permit holder, the competitive advantage sought by the permit holder in committing the violation, any previous warnings or advisements and the quality and breadth of the record of information in determining the appropriate suspension, revocation and/or debarment. The beach director shall issue a notice of suspension or revocation to the permit holder which shall provide a summary of the information of the violation.
