§ 20-297. Location of solicitation.

Latest version.

No person shall solicit on the Atlantic Ocean beach in the following areas:
(1)

The conservation zones as delineated in this Code of Ordinances, except that a permitted solicitor may enter a conservation zone to traverse between the beach and upland property.

(2)

Beach driving areas established pursuant to this Code of Ordinances.

(3)

Beach parking areas established pursuant to this Code of Ordinances.

(4)

Pedestrian and vehicular beach approaches.

(5)

Within a perimeter of 25 feet of any lifeguard tower or facility, beach concession, or an area permitted for a special event pursuant to this Code of Ordinances.
