§ 20-85. Obstruction of vehicular access.

Except as provided in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to create, erect or construct any structure, barrier or restraint that will interfere with or obstruct vehicular access through or over vehicular approaches or vehicular passage upon or over the beach.
