§ 20-62. Preparation and approval of budget.

The county shall each year prepare a pro forma budget representing the estimated costs of providing beach services as well as the direct cost of beach administration and liability reserves. Such budget shall conform to the demand of the Charter to expand beach revenues to maintain a uniform level of services responsive to use and demand, and shall identify the service levels planned to be achieved. The county council shall approve or modify the pro forma budget and service levels associated therewith.
