§ 122-154. Authority.

The county council is authorized by the constitution and laws of the state, including F.S. ch. 125 and F.S. § 403.0893, and the Home Rule Charter of the county, to construct, reconstruct, improve and extend stormwater management systems, or create stormwater utilities, and to finance in whole or part the cost of such systems and to establish just and equitable rates, fees and charges for the services and facilities provided by such systems.
