§ 122-75. Credit for construction extensions.

There may be times when the county will require a developer to size water and/or sewer mains and pumping stations to provide service to the developer's property and at the same time be sized in accordance with the county's master plan. All amounts expended by the developer, over and above the developer's requirement, as determined by the utilities engineer, will be reimbursed by the county to the developer in accordance with the terms of the developer's agreement. The agreement shall provide for impact fee credits appropriate to the developer's property.
