§ 122-73. Inspection fees for developers.

The cost of engineering inspection of the required improvements shall be paid by the developer at the time the state department of environmental protection application is executed by the county. The amount of the fee shall be computed as shown in schedule D referred to in section 122-57. Charges shall be due and payable at time of execution of department of environmental protection construction permit or as stipulated in the developer agreement.
