§ 122-45. Protection of county property.

In the event of any damage to the county's property located upon the customer's property which arises out of any act of the customer or agents, employees or independent contractors upon the premises at the customer's request or direction, the cost of repairs or replacement shall be the responsibility of the customer; and full payment or reimbursement to the county therefor may be a condition imposed by the county for the restoration or continuation of service.
