§ 118-61. Definitions.

(a)

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Parking. All references to parking shall include standing and stopping.

Registered owner means the person who is lawfully registered with the state department of highway safety and motor vehicles as provided by state law on the day such violation occurs.

Shoulders, slopes and ditches mean that portion of a highway other than that part improved, designed or ordinarily used for vehicular travel.

All definitions as provided for in F.S. ch. 316 are hereby adopted.
