§ 118-31. Penalty; enforcement.

(a)

Violations of this article are punishable as provided in section 1-7.

(b)

Any building inspector, code compliance officer or duly constituted law enforcement officer may assist in the enforcement of this article.

(c)

It is the intent of the county council that the enforcing officer attempt to abate any violation of this article prior to the commencement of the appropriate legal proceedings.
