§ 114-214. Cumulative provisions of this article.

Chapter 114, article VI is hereby deemed cumulative to the provisions of chapter 114, article III of this Code and does not in any way modify or repeal its full force and effect.

Note— Ord. No. 99-14, adopted May 6, 1999, shall be effective at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2000. A certified copy of this ordinance shall be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State by the clerk of the council within ten days after enactment and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the Florida Department of Revenue.
