§ 114-211. Levy and imposition.

Pursuant to the authority granted by F.S. § 336.025(1)(b), there is hereby levied and imposed a local option fuel tax of $0.05 upon every gallon of motor fuel sold in the County of Volusia and taxed under the provisions of F.S. ch. 206, pt. I, in addition to all other taxes imposed by law.
