§ 114-65. Eligible municipalities.

Latest version.

Only those municipalities eligible for participation in the distribution of monies under F.S. ch. 218, pts. II and VI (F.S. §§ 218.20 et seq. and 218.60 et seq.) shall be eligible to receive monies under this article. Any funds undistributed because a particular municipality is ineligible shall be distributed to eligible governments within the county in proportion to other monies distributed pursuant to this article.
