§ 114-61. Levy.

Pursuant to the authority granted by F.S. § 336.025, there is hereby levied and imposed a local option gas tax of $0.06 upon every gallon of motor fuel and special fuel sold in the county and taxed under the provisions of F.S. ch. 206, in addition to all other taxes imposed by law.
