No. 00-16, § XVI—XIX, adopted April 13, 2000 repealed §§ 110-669—110-672 in their entirety, which pertained to method of levying taxes, tax exemption for property owned or controlled by authority, obligations to constitute legal investments for public funds, preference for county residents in selection of attorneys, architects and engineers.
