§ 110-656. Designation of port authority; port authority advisory board.

(a)

Designation of port authority. The county council is hereby declared to be the Ponce DeLeon Port Authority, and said council shall sit and act as the Ponce DeLeon Port Authority, the governing body of the Ponce DeLeon Inlet and Port District, with all the powers and duties attendant thereto.

(b)

Port authority advisory board. The county council may create and appoint a port advisory board by resolution.
